Warranty Period
*Electronic Components include handlebar controls (06 Months), electrical connections, battery charger, lights (06 Months), and lighting systems (06 Months).
Eligibility
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. To activate the warranty, customers must register their e-bike on our official website within ___ days of purchase by providing proof of purchase and the bike's serial number.
Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, We will, at its discretion, either repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new product.
Exclusions
Possibility of gears wearing out due to overheating and overweight usage.
Possibility of burnout, overweight usage (Max Load of 120 Kgs), battery issues (e.g., loosely connected wires or multiple charger voltage incompatibility).
If there is any programming issue faced by the customer, it will be replaced by Acer.
No warranty is provided for accessories.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, cables).
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Accidental or intentional damage, including but not limited to damage caused by extreme riding conditions, stunts, or collisions.
Corrosion or cosmetic damage.
Use of incompatible accessories or components not originally intended for the e-bike.

Limitations
All warranty repairs must be performed by our brand or an authorized service center. The warranty is void if the e-bike's serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed. Transportation costs to and from the service center are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
Battery Performance
Lithium-ion batteries experience gradual capacity loss over time, which is considered normal wear and tear. The warranty covers significant defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover minor capacity loss due to aging or usage.
Maintenance Recommendations
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Acer Electric Vehicles:
Follow the maintenance schedule provided in the user manual.
Use only genuine authorized parts and accessories.
Avoid exposure to extreme weather conditions.
Store the e-bike in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Regularly check and maintain tire pressure, brake functionality, and battery health.
